  • Rubino should be used as the last beads of a sitting
  • Tangerine can be crabby when trying to duplicate the color
  • Swizzle sticks are great fun to make
  • I’m tempted to use too much cool glass on swizzle sticks because it’s so pretty in rod form
  • I use a lot of brown
  • I use a lot of silver
  • I’m getting pickier about my beads
  • It’s difficult to photograph a dark bead with transparent additions

  • Raku can be overdone
  • Even stringers can pop
  • Overetching intense black leaves a shiny spot
  • You can etch off silver glass that has greyed- the result is sort of aquamarine
  • I need more clear glass
  • Relisting beads is not a bad thing
