-Uranium yellow can blacken on the edges
-Jeanie was right- together they look great if i can baby them enough
-Fuming leaves a really rich color on dark ivory

-You can tell a lot about a person by their tax returns
-Manatees make cute hollow beads
-Organics are still my favorite
-I’m going to have the shakes when i go on vacation for two weeks with no torch

-Copper green goes copper red when overheated
-It’s possible to over silver a bead
-Don’t put a hot, rubino and silver bead into a kiln too close to another bead
-Day old Diet Dr pepper and Diet pepsi do not substitute for coke in reducing red on a bead

-96 frit reduces faster than effetre- leaving indentations
-If you list it they will bid
-Vessels are fun in itty bitty and cauldron sized
-It’s more pressure getting a bid from someone I know on ebay than a stranger- just like giving speeches to a crowd vs a few friends
-I like fall beads better
-When I work cool to avoid sooting florals, I need to watch air stripers more- or figure out how to make them a design element 
-I need more hollow tubes
-Mixing transparents need to be done carefully to avoid slushy snow color

-Big mandrels can get hot down to the fingers when worked for a long time
-Soft purples, blues and greens look nice together
-Transparent yellow makes a nice encasing for silver over cobalt
-Some glass looks better in a rod than a bead
-Spacers are good for color testing
-I like one handle vessels

-Fabric softener does make cleaning beads easier
-Real pipe cleaners are handy for cleaning beads
-Real pipe cleaners have too scratchy, too soft and just right versions
-Puffy hearts can be too puffy
-Really thin cool looking shards can be really hot

-Copper green over silver foil is dreamy creamsicle colored
-Watch the meeting of tube and opening carefully to avoid sharp edges when flaring the neck of a mini vase
-Don’t garage beads too hot
-If you must ignore the last piece of advice, don’t stick the bead on top of other beads
-Pale purple goes old saran wrap when mishandled- I need to discover how I mishandled
-One really good bead negates lots of blechy beads

-Random silver foil can be intriguing
-Organic hollows are as cool as see through hollows
-Cracked vessels can be repaired with varied color patching, directed heat and crossed toes
-Finishing a vessel with the point is the easiest way to finish a wound hollow so far
-Struck opal yellow really does blush
-Opal yellow can streak like a transparent
-Hollow hearts are easier to shape than solid
-Light amethyst is my favorite hollow color so far
-Red Wine transparent takes as long to melt as rubino
-It’s a great morning when everything is better than I thought going into the kiln
-I need to figure out why beads the last two nights have come off the mandrel so much easier
-Tiny beads with silver foil cutouts and a big clear dot make a big impact for their size

-Opal yellow and silver mixed with almost anything is beautiful
-Don’t forget to strike opal yellow
-I need to work on color swirling just enough so I don’t loose the colors
-Rubino over opal yellow looks like a jewel
-Cook intense black on opal yellow a little longer
-Shards are more fun when you layer lots of colors
-Make and mark intense black stringers
-Stockpile silvered ivory stringers
-Try some of the opal yellow recipes used last night on other reactives- cheaper ones
-If a blow out is immanent in a vessel- flatten one side and call it wall art
-My mother in law is most impressed with round beads
-Baby studio birds are noisy when mom doesn’t come in for a storm
